Positive: Fantastic spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with lots of natural light, super clean. The location was very central and the public parking nearby.

Negative: At first, we could not find the entrance to the apartment building, but the owner responded quickly sending us a picture of the entrance. No issues after that.

Positive: Location is great, it was clean and comfortable, friendly owner :)

Negative: Very loud especially in the morning around 5am when they bring trucks to restock shops and restaurants… metal carts on cobble stone streets make a lot of noise. I would suggest to bring ear plugs if you want to get some sleep.

Positive: Great location, walking distance to main shops, cafe's bars and restaurants. A few minutes to underground parking and a short taxi ride from the Alhambra Palace.

Negative: Top floor studio flat could be difficult to access if you are unable to manage a couple of sets of spiral stains. Lift between main floors but still some stairs to the entrance.

Positive: The location was perfect, in the city centre, close to different amenities, and with a parking 5 minutes from the apartment. Manuel, the host, was friendly and so helpful about everything related to apartment, with great suggestions about Granada. The apartment had everything you would need, including washing machine, which we appreciated. From the start, when we found the apartment already warm upon our arrival, to the end, everything was smooth.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Summary: Very comfortable apartment in a great location, with a fantastic host.
